Does anyone under 25 years of age understand that Spam is actually a meat product that comes in a can? The people of Guam are crazy about the stuff!!

howl!

[and we used to be fed Spam and powdered eggs, surplus of the local army base, along with our tents and howitzer storage boxes, down in OK, when we were on summer kids' camp. We really felt uneasy whenever the camp dog, Toto, refused a day's Spam ration. It came in foot long tins and was diced into eggs, made into sandwiches, breaded and served as steak.
Definite mystery meat.
Now and again I almost get homesick for it.

It's been a bit of a battle, mostly in calming down that megapump [mistake!] Great pump, but way too much: blew sand all over the place, walked dunes, killed some of my corals, and generally drove me nuts [too expensive [and bulkheaded in] to replace.] Then my lfs guy handed me a fistful of T connectors and life is sweet. I have two T connectors as nozzles, another in a branch, and the killer flow is tamed. The corals are now finding out what it's like to take in water without sand in it...
I'm going to bring it up with some lps, which grows like crazy [hammer is somewhere around 30 heads now, started with 5 a year ago] and work my way back up to sps...got one stubborn monti starting to grow again---that stuff is tough. But I'll wait on anything more delicate.
Light on the horizon, however.
