lol, we do get arrogant but that is only because we never seem to get our due because people do hate us. Even when we were great in the 90's, every year people picked the 49's to win, Steve Young over Troy, Sanders over Emmitt, etc...
Even now, every week it seems it ins't us that is great but the team we are playing. Chicago was gonna kill us at home, the Giants were playing so great and were gonna win the rematch, cant win in Philly, then Favre was gonna destroy us Even now, noone is saying we are great, all you hear is"Favre got hurt, Rodgers brought them back, penalties, kgb and woodson were out, wait till the rematch.....blahblahblah". Or it's "they may be good but the Pat's will just kill them in the SB!". I'm not trying to be arrogant(except against Philly fans ) but it is annoying as heck that we finally have a great qb and are finally great again and have to play second fiddle to the dang Pat's and Brady!!! |

If you look back to the very beginning of this thread, I've said all along that the Cowboys are a good team. Romo is a very good quarterback, and as much as I hate the guy, TO is even doing well (when he isn't contributing to interceptions for the other team).
But, I've also said the Cowboys aren't up to the level of the Pats yet. I still believe it, and so far, I've been right. Kevin

Another game closer to a rematch with the Pat's!
Bad game by the defense and coaching staff but Romo pulled out another win on the road, thats 10 straight on the road for him! Bring on the eagles and Done-avan McNabb |

I don't know what's worse...
Dallas being the first NFL team to win 6 SBs -OR- Patcheaters going undefeated and win a SB, too.

Indy is great but i dont think they can go to NE in late January and win, especially without Freeney and maybe Harrison. If anyone is going to beat them, it will be us in the Superbowl. I dont think any other NFC team would even have a chance against them, imo. If we somehow lose in the NFC playoffs, give the Pats the title. I do have a tiny bit of faith that the Jets could pull a miracle this week though. Mangini has intimate knowledge of everything NE does and did outcoach Belicheck once last year. As fired up as NE is to stick it to NY for turning them in, NY will be just as fired up to not get blown out and stick it to Belicheck. |
