Sump room and cold pipes.

This is my first winter with the sump room in the basement. Now that the cold water pipes are colder than normal, I get more condensation on them from the sump. I tried the foam sleeves to go over them but it just isnt air tight enough. Is there some sort of insulating tape thats not fiberglass because the pipes are over the sump.
