Yes I acclimated them, luckly I ordered them before the cold front comes in tonight. I will post pics as soon as my batteries charge back up.

yes they are tiny!!! I have them in a 6 gallon tank right now. How long before I can put them in my main display? They are to tiny to put in any time soon. The current might tire them out.

feed them live baby brine shrimp and frozen cyclopeze for a couple months and they will fatten up quick.

flaco626nj, what price range are those? I am going to get a pair and wondered which ones you decided on. Are those the larger, more expensive ones or the smaller cheaper?

im feeding mine whole freeze dried cyclopeze i dont have frozen ......does it matter they seem to like it i also have formula 1and2 and i have a multipack of frozen foods i feed my main tank once a week for a treat i can get one or two little peaces for them

the frozen seems to pollute the tank more and have more dust the frozen is really much better.

Do you think it would also be okay if I kept with a couple of false percs? I've had them for awhile and have breed them a couple of times, just to give the babies to fellow nearby reefers. Makes me feel like I'm doing my part.

i wouldnt just because they aare so small and you want them to become paired up and that might prevent it

Even if I already have a female, she is huge. I thought the rest would become males. They would only be in there until I transfered into the display tank. How are they doing?

WOW THESE ARE SOME HARDY FISH THEY DIDNT MAKE IT TO THERE HOME UNTIL AN HOUR AGO AND THEY ARE EATING ALREADY THESE GUYS ARE FULL OF ENERGY AND SPUNK FOR BEING AS SMALL AS THEY ARE

sorry i missed your post earlier i dont know what you mean by that but he did tell me that they were 6 months old they are tiny little guys so im hopeing to get them nice and full i know i payed 50 per clown i was going to get the 25 dollar ones but he doesnt have a warrenty that they will be alive when they get here so i said nah

THANK YOU flaco626nj! I know he has everything from $25-75 and didn't know what size to get. Yours look great and I too will go for the warranty. Just a little bit more and I will be ready for mine!

hey guys i dont know if this is anything to worry about ,but my clowns have been going at it all night and day i sleep next to them and they are fighting i know that they do this to determain whose in charge ,but all nigh? i have a pair of clowns but fortunate for me they were already paired so i dont know if this is ok .it gets to the point that they are both breathing heavy .thank you

Mine has been going at it for about 3 weeks now.. It's painful to watch but I think they will be ok.
