blue striped clown?
Ok, we just went and broke down someones tank locally, because they wanted to switch it to freshwater.
So we took the live stock to my friends house since he had room. She had a really big probablly 10 inches across carpet, with what I thought was a plain tomato clown hosting in it. When we got it to it's new home, I noticed that the stripe on the clown was actually blue. Now I thought all the blue striped clowns had two stripes, not one...is this a variation? Or is this common? |

Many species of clownfish can/do have blue stripes, including the species you mention...

I have a pair of tomato clowns and in certain angle of the light their white stripe looks bluish or when they are happy hosting in their LTA I notice the stripe more blue!
