Anyone ever use Frag loc?

Found an auction on eBay from someone in Iowa for an item called "Frag Loc" they have tank pictures posted but no pictures of the actual item. Its an item for mounting corals and frags without using glue, etc.
Wondering if anyone has ever seen, used or heard about them.

Here is the link: http://cgi.ebay.com/Frag-Loc-Live-Co...QQcmdZViewItem

Kind of leary about getting something without even knowing what it is!!!

There is a link on there to their web site. It looks like it is just a piece of plastic under tension. Following the photos it looks like you have to pry the plastic open, insert the frag and then let the plastic pinch close on to the frag. I've never used it so I can't comment on that, nor have I ever seen then in person. I will say that $.99 for 2 seems kind of expensive.

Thank you for the reply, I missed the web link on the auction page. I think I will stick to my current methods of mounting frags.

kinda looks like what they use to make a folder... I've seen something similar at Office Depot/Staples, look in the binding area. I don't know how you would keep those on a rack.

I don't know what I think of that thing squeezing/pinching the base of the frags. ???

Any thoughts on this?

It is simply a 1" long piece of 1/2" pvc that is cut down one side..... pry it open and place the frag in it. Sure it can hold the frag but there is nothing to hold the pvc, kinda worthless IMO. Stick to the plugs and disks. There is a reason why they are not showing you a pic of the actual item.

I have used them on a single zoo and finger leather. Like jamiehag said there is nothing to hold the frag loc. I just placed in sand and when coral grew onto sand I removed and placed onto reef disk. I guess I will continue to use on leathers instead of toothpics or rubberbands.

It is a piece of pipe cut long wise. You have make about 120 of them for $3 at home depo if you have a table saw.
