worm,spider??

I have a 1 1/2 tube growing out of my live rock. Whenever I blow detritus off my live rock with a turkey baster, the tube sends out thin strings that catch particles floating in the water, then slowly pulls these strings back in the tube. Any Idea what they are??

Thanks!!

Sounds like a Vermetid.

that seems to be it. Should I be concerned about them spreading? There are two close to each other, but that seems to be all. After searching vermetid, it looks like some people have real problems with them.
And thank for the response.
