They don't sell to the public
You have to go thru an installer / supplier / Lowes etc

Perhaps, but that's not the impression given by Step 1 under both wood and metal grilles. The wording sounds like it's a direct sale.

even if you couldn't buy from them, they should still have a link for inquiries and feedback.

Remove the /custom/index.html and you'll go to the portion of the site that gives more info. It looks to me like that page is meant to give to dealer's customers for info without the chance of them finding another source to purchase.

Nice catch! I got the link via Google. So the Home button takes yo to a secondary home. That's as bad a design as OS X's OK/Cancel fiasco.
