Too much light?

Can i overlight my baby max? I have had the clam for a year and i recently moved him up on the rocks under some stronger bulbs. He does not expand like he used to, am i giving it too much possibly?
I have two larger croeca and they do great. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Merry Xmas!

Yes i will take a few and get them up, hes in a horrible spot right now but i should be able to get some.

It all started when i moved an acro close to the clam, his mantle would touch the acro a bit. The clam was fine on the rocks at first but it seemed the acro bothered it because it was not expanding like it used too. I moved the clam down to the floor of the tank and it still wont open up like it once did. There is a ton of flow on the bottom of the tank but the clam looks the same exact way it did on the rocks where there was less flow.
