FT: Blue polyp purple body M. confusa frags (OK)

I have 2 very large Montipora confusa colonies that I need to frag out. (one is growing over and encrusting a Garf Purple Bonsai).

Here are some pictures:

You can see the blue polyps on this pic.

The coral is just a little too set back in my tank to get a nice clear macro pic, but the polyps are a fluorescent blue that make the body shimmer.

Here is the main parent colony.

On this pic you can see the growth rings around the edge. There are three recent rings, each of these have occurred in the last 2 months, the inner one was when this coral was moved to my 600g, (april) the next was when my ca-reactor was connected to the 600g and the third was when I upgraded the lights 4 weeks ago. As you can see it grows very fast.

this is one of my frags growing in someone elses tank:

here it is march 26 this year.

It look exactly the same as the coral in these pics (mid page....JBNY's purple with blue polyp monti). I did not obtain it from here, but im pretty sure its the same coral.
http://www.exoticreefs.us/farmer_jbny.htm

Frags will be approx 1.5 inch diameter, freshly clipped from parent. I pack in sealed tubs, inside a thermos or stryrofoam box. i ship USPS (please check USPS can deliver next day to you from 73162).

I can ship three frags at a time, here are a few other of my corals needing fragged:
fluorescent Green Stylo

valida front, mint green acro behind

I would like any colored SPS, let me know what you have if you would like to trade.
if you have questions please PM me.

Thanks,

paul.

I am interested. I am in North Carolina. Where are you located? Here is a recent picture of my tank.

The xenia is almost gone, for I offered it up for free recently and got a lot of takers! As you can see I had some pruning to do. I am trying to get more into SPS. I have a couple small colonies(brown sps not sure what kind, red montipora digitata, millepora, and 2 others I dont know the name) I could also frag out the yellowish with neon polyps montipora for a trade. Please let me know!
Thanks,
Jeff

The last pic looks like something i owuld be interested in.

In general, its same price to ship 3 coral frags instead of one.

What of mine would you be interested in?

Yah, pretty similar. Basically red skirt and blue on the inside?

Dang! Well I could at least do a frag of the millepora. Is there anything else I could do for frags of yours?

well...I would do the milli and still take some of the F&I. Mine are getting overgrown quite rapidly. And/or some of the pinky ones in the 8th down.

Is the coral in the 6th down (center) same as the milli ?

That would work.

If thats a go, PM me your address and i will get a pack sent to you.

Paul,
I cleared my inbox. Try sending again.
Dont know the name of those but they are cool! If they are orange around the edge (where it looks blue in that picture because of the actinic lights) then they are called eagle eyes.

Do they have green skirts or brown? Hard to tell from the blue lights you have on them in that picture...
