Lighting question

I am trying to decide what type of lighting to buy for my tank. This lighting will be for a 150 5x2x2. I am really interested in finding out the opinions of ballasts.

I am looking at either a dual PFO HQI 250W ballast or going with an Icecap ballast. I know that the pfo is magnetic and the icecap is electric but what are the differences in the two. If any of you lighting guys or people with experience out there can give me some input I would appreciate it.

OK, here goes:

Electronic Benefits
Electronic ballasts consume 30% less energy and radiate 90% less heat than magnetic ballasts (generally).

They usually weigh less.

Program start types can increase lamp life.

Electronic downside
Instant start versions reduce lamp life.

Energy reduction can cause reduced BF (ballast factor) and may under drive lights resulting in less output.

More expensive (generally).

Magneic Benefit.
Cheaper (generally).

High reliability (time tested) and has less components (simplicity) to fail.

Magnetic downside.
Heavy.

More distortion and noise (possibly affecting other electric devices).

Audible noise (humming)

Possible flicker.
