time is wrong

I have set in my oiptions that I am GMT +2 (South Africa)
I live in South Africa, but when I am on the site the time is displayed as one hour later

GMT plus 1 or 2?

I thought South Africa was GMT plus one hour? Do you have Daylight Savings Time in SA?
