Not trying to be sexist, but are you male or female?

While it is certainly wrong to hit your spouse in either case, I think it is especially bad for a man to hit a woman, as they are typically not as capable of defending themselves.

If this has happened more than once, you should seriously consider whether you want to stay with this person or not. I have a sister in-law who stayed with a boyfriend who occasionally hit her, after a couple of years it turned into pretty severe beatings until he served a jail sentence, and she had a few months away from him to re-evaluate her life.

Hubby caught her with Clark again on a southern plantation. It's happened to me several times; I finally gave up.

I was under the impression the lounge was for discussing non-reef topics, but if it's a jokes only forum, sorry for the mistake.

In any case, I think it's in bad taste to kid around with topics like this. Not to mention somebody might take you seriously and next thing you know social services is knocking at your door.

We've all been internet friends for a long time, rarely do we take anything serious. If she was serious, she would have said so.

Kind of hard to find people on the internet. So where do you live in Utah? LOL I live in Evanston.

Not necessarily. I would consider it a mistake to assume you will always have anonymity on the internet. See that IP logged on the bottom of each post? I can think of more than one way to get a poster's IP address from a forum; social engineering, linked photos, possibly (although not likely) hacking. If you have a Static IP and especially Reverse DNS like me, it's pretty much game over at that point. If not you'd have to social engineer their ISP (probably more difficult), but it has been done in the past.

Now if the person trying to get this info is real law enforcement, not someone posing, they probably could get this information pretty easily. I used to work for an ISP, you'd be surprised how fast they would give out account holder information.

Sorry, I realize this is way off topic. Just trying to do my part to help the internet stalkers out there.

Thumpt or thumptd, thumped or thumpted.....none of the above. But the boys play that junk and laugh like 6 year olds. Must be a boy thing.

Don't listen to Carrie, thump her!
