Mazzei venturi?

I am looking at building a 6"-8" recirc skimmer. I have a 1" mazzei venturi valve model 978 would this work for my venturi. I'm not sure of the pump that I am going to use probably a genx 4100 any imput would be great.

I think a mazzei venturi is good for in-line use, so its performance might be different if used before, versus after a pump.

Go here and find your model, then look at its injector performance table for various operating (pump) pressures.
