Arrow 29 Gallon Nano Reef! ... Pic Intense

Well ... this is it! I finally get to start my aquarium log.

So the plan is to get all the livestock I have in my 35 AGA into this new 29 Gallon Tru Vu ... so far the only stuff that's come in is my tank and the power center. The ProClear Mud Sump/Refugium is on backorder until Nov. 28th so until then I'll be collecting the rest of my aquarium junk and also planning a design for the tank stand. This aquarium system is going to be as simple as I can make it since I don't like complicated things ... The tank will be skimmerless because of the Refugium that will be stocked with chaeto & mangroves along with Kent Bio Sediment for the substrate.

So here is a picture of the 29 Gallon with an internal overflow and black backing. The price was $105 for the tank and $60 for the overflow with backing and drilled holes for a bulkhead drain & return.

I also bought a Tru VU Prefilter for the overflow box it's pretty much a pvc pipe wrapped in a metal removing foam pad and plastic mesh. Now that I think of it you can probably make it yourself for much less than $40.
