Here's my crocea I got about 2 weeks ago for $30.

This is the best image I can get from the top down, my cords are all interconnected behind my tank, so shutting off pumps is a hassle (that and the lights don't cooperate being above the tank and all with reflections), I'll have a much more user friendly power setup as soon as I move my tank (so whenever I get off my butt and pull power to the room). It's quite amazing the color difference though, but I am NOT setting up one of those angle'd front tanks just to see clams from above.

These were my babies before my pump from my sump quit and my tank overheated (with no flow to the chiller). GONE, GONE ALL GONE.

Croecea

Croecea #2

Maxima

Dersa

This clam was growing FAST. After I built my calcium reactor it went from about 3 inches to 6 inches in under 6 months.

Squamosa

I miss my clams, and am having such a hard time finding equally beautiful specimens to replace them.

It Sure does. I am just now repopulating my tank,. The Disaster struck in July, but once I got the water parameters back in line I was too busy until now. My LFS is getting a shippment of Premium Clams at the end of Novmber. I can't wait. I think I will be first in line.
