Bulk quantity Aquastick Epoxy or alternative?

I'm starting my 700 with dry base rock for the convenience of aquascaping dry while sitting in the tank, and so I can have all the time I need to secure the rocks.

Does anyone know of a place to get Aquastick epoxy or its equivalent in bulk quantity? Or, given that the adhesive can cure out of water, is there a cheaper alternative to Aquastick that may start off toxic but will end up reef safe once cured?

Thanks for any input!

1/2" pvc piping is a better bet. Use this along with a masonry drill bit for aquascaping.

You can also use Silicone Glue. Buy the big sticks for the gun at Home Depot for about 6 bucks a tube - Get clear or black.

If you drill smooth rocks so the glue can enter the rock it will lock it into place nicely.
