powder blue...must it be the last one to add?

i am looking to get a school of anthais a foxface and a powderblue

i wanted to add the blue last, however the lfs has an amazing one for 50 canadian that has no ick great color very active and eating like crazy also is prolly only 2.5 inches long so very very small...seems to good to be true..........the thing is if i add him now...can i add anthais in the next 2 months and the foxfacec..or will this fish bully them all to death

tank specs

the tank is 120 gallons with a blenny in it 12 coral and 200 pounds of lr

First is best for this species if possible, for a few reasons. See my reply on the other board.
