Thinking of going to T5's

My 4 VHO Actinic bulb need to be replaced. I'm considering replacing them with T5's. Since I have an IcaCap ballast, the only cost of switching over would be the endcaps.

There would be a significant amount of cursing, and pain involved in changing the endcaps in my canopy. I wonder if it's worth it.

Any opinions?

Personally, I'm a fan of T5 lighting. I currently use an 8-bulb 54watt Tek fixture. My SPS seem to be pleased with it.
