How do you get the skimate out of the tank?

It's just a joke! That skimmate is being produced from my drain pipe. The tank is new so I figure after my REAL skimmer goes in that section and the pipe slimes up, that will go away. I just thought it was funny how much skimmate it was producing. Just bored and taking pics!!!
