Aggresive Acan Pic
Got up this morning to find my acan attacking my favia. Here's a pic. This was the best pic I could take in the dark. Notice the strings coming from the bottom of the acan and covering part of the favia. They're retracting now some and it still looks like the favia is okay underneath, but talk about cool!
Has anyone had this happen before? Sean. |

No but you should just give me that acan before it does any damage. :-)

Five tangs in a 10 gallon. No problem, just use this Skilter filter. Good to go. Thanks |

Yes, I have seen them do that. Acanthastrea actually have fairly long sweeper tentacles when and if they decide to use them.
