Frags for jan meet

I've got a few frags for the meet. I'd like to start out trying to trade them for other frags. If I don't get any takers i'll put some prices on them. I'm mainly looking for sps, but i'll consider just about anything. i've got lots of space to fill

PM me with trade offers.

#1) a birdsnest. This has grown like a weed for me. frag is maybe 3" long.

#2) a tabling acro. approx 2.5" to 3"

#3) I have no idea what this is. I think it came from johnanddawn originally. It grows in a really funky shape. 3" or a bit bigger.

#4) brown cap with small purple polyps. sorry for the bad photos. little bigger than a quarter maybe.

#5) purplish/brownish cap depending on the light. it's a small frag, but it's over a month and a half old and has started encrusting nicely. It's probably nickel sized.

#6) halmidia. qty depends on what trading for.

I should. It has grown very well for me. It was maybe the size of a quarter when I got at the foster and smith frag swap this last summer. it's probably 6" diameter now.

I can't believe how many people have shown an interest in that one. I've gotten like 6 PMs about it.

I will have to post a picture tonight. But I think I might have something quite similar. I think mine is more purple through out though not much brown. I will take some pictures and post. Not sure if I want to frag it yet though until I get the new tank going with the halide over it.

I may be interested in the bird's nest and tabling acro. Shoot me a PM with a price. Not much to trade right now, but that should be changing over the next couple of months...

trading for the frags hasn't drummed up the interest i'd hoped for, so for sale it is.

#1, #2: $15 each
#3, #4: $10 each
halmidia: $2/good sized handful

halmidia will take up some nutrients, but it's mainly for looks. one of the few things you can grow in a reef tank that looks like a "plant". It is way easier to control than caulerpa. downside is that will take up calcium, but when it dies it leaves you with aragonite.

here is a link with more than you want to know if interested.

#4 is yours.

Are these as hard to take care of as everyone says? If not, I'd like to give one a try!
