that's very orange for a wellsi. nice find. you can compare its color to the red coralline and see it's really orange. congrats.

OH yea, blasto's my first love... I still think they are better looking then lords.. but the growth factor in lords is what makes lords surpase blastos for me.

I have a wellsi just like that one, well almost.
Anyway, it was doing great at first, but now it looks like it's trying to recede on me. You guys have any care & feeding tips for blastos? I noticed most of them on the sand, so I am guessing low flow, low light?

Keep them on the sand bed and feed lots of shrimp, that's what I did. That thing was only about a dime size 2 months ago. It likes to eat a lot.
