What does your tank room look like?

We always see a picture of just the tank by itself. I thought it would be fun for everyone to post a picture of what the whole wall and area around their tank looks like as well. A lot of people have their tank in a dorm or in their living room or in the wall. I never get to see the whole scene.

So post some pics!

(I'll post mine tonight when I get home and take a few shots)

My living room with 65g tank

I have 4 tanks but this one is in the living room surounded by my favorite things, Old and new bears etc. On the right behind the cabinet is a day bed where I can lie down to watch the fish or tv. I have 2-20 gallons in my kitchen and one 10 g nano at my desk but I would never post a picture of my office on line. lol

Here is mine fish viewing room. It is a 280 G in wall tank. Fish room in the back. This room was the formal dining room, but I decided with just my wife and newborn son, I would rather have a reef room. It is kinda bare. I just finished painting the room a couple of months ago.

No the sofas are some candian company Mar something, I can't remember. The chair in the front, that you can hardley see, is a natuzzi though. Yeah, We love those shelves on the side of the tank. Spent forever looking for them but they fit perfectly with about 2" of clearance on the sides. But now I've got all those shelves to fill with stuff

some really cool rooms.

Denzo you should put a frame around your tank, that would look cool.

nice room too JB NY and everyone else. JB NY you watch the tank more or the tv? you should flip that sofa around.

Talking one of two

Great photos everyone. Its pretty kool checking out the tanks, but were they are located is also a plus.

Here is a shot from the intial setup of the 55g. It is located in the Dining Room. Seems we eat in there all the time now.

Also a bonus shot of the tank off the dining room table!

Cheers

That was the only way my wife would agree to have an in wall reef tank. She wanted more attention on the tank itself, and not the framing. She also wanted something that looked "seemless." She was also against any doors to get to the tank from the front. Had to make the wife happy in that aspect. Personally I would like at least the framing and also a couple of front doors, would make my job a lil bit easier.

But let's see what your tank room looks like. It's not to see the nicest.
