Stopped by a buddy's place last night and brought the camera this time. As this is the SPS forum, gonna post these here.

He's a member on this board as well and I'm sure he'll find these pictures. He'll chime in eventually.

Hmmm, I have some (def. not all) of those...and I'd have to say my wallet is looking rather thin these days.

I love the monti pix, great detail. What 's your camera/lense setup?

I saw you snap some shots at Pam's frag swap freehand and I was amazed when you posted them. I really thought that my 105 vr would be better than manual because I was watching your success. I guess that is why I should leave it up to the professionals

Just keep on snapping those shots, Mark. Once you do, it becomes secondhand. Most of these shots would have been better had I used a tripod, but I was lazy about it and rather talk about corals than setting it up.

The lighting over these are T5s, 6x39W bulbs. I don't have the bulb info, but maybe the owner of the tank will chime in eventually. I saw the bulbs from the side and I saw one actinic bulb and one reddish looking bulb; the other four bulbs were basically white in coloration. From what I saw, it looks like 12kk or so relative to MH spectrum with all of them on.

Beautiful colors and very nice shots.
Do you happen to know what kind of lighting he runs (bulbs/ballasts). Thanks!

All T5's with sls reflectors (not even ice cap) overdriven with IC660. All ATi bulbs.

Lam, what bulb configuration are you using. Them colors are ridiculous. All my colors seem to get faded and washed out under my T-5 setup?

Please indulge
