Thanks Harry. I just noticed that one out of the three ventralis is now a male! Not sure if that's a good sign but he does look very nice. Basically, his head has stripes now and is more colorful. I also received my Picasso percula pair and they are just gorgeous. Here is a video of them:

I think they are 13k. I'm not too sure though as the box only says "megachromes" and doesn't display a kelvin rating.

Yep, thats the 13k. How do you like them? I ran those for a few months. In the end, they weren't blue enough for my taste.

They are on the whitish side, but it's a nice change from my Phoenix I used to run. I can say that they are real bright and with the t-5 actinics, they look nice. Thanks Boozeman!

Yep, the rose is in there. I fed it a huge chunk of shrimp and it scarfed it down in record time!

Anytime Apon! Preferably after I get a few frags in there. The tank still looks real empty.

Yeah, clams will be coming as soon as I find some nice ones. On a side note, the transformation is now complete. The female has definitely turned into a male. Wow, the marking are incredible now.

It looks like the rose might be sending out eggs soon. I can see a lot of tiny round balls inside the tentacles. The eggs move up and down from within the tentacles. I have literally had over 100+ roses before and have never seen anything like it. Here is a quick video of it. Btw, the eggs probably cannot be seen in the video.

Here is a horrible pic of it. Hopefully, you can make out the tiny eggs inside the tentacles.

Well, they are now being released by the rose slowly. Clowns are getting extra food!

Is that an actual spawning event? I've not seen or read about it before.

Sang, can I get a shot of your sump in action. I am still undecided if I want to go skimmer/refugium/return. That is how I am currently set up.
I was also looking at Melev's design where he has the return in the middle and split drains to each the skimmer section and reugium. Thanks

If there's one thing that I am ashamed of, it is the clutter of my sump. I really need to clean it up and run all the wires in an organized manner. I am actually going to use a wet/dry vac and vacuum up the entire sump and clean out all the detritus and algae. I wil post before and after pics as soon as I get it done. Here is the "before" pic:

How much "extra"do you end up with once it makes it through the chaeto baffle.

Here is the link to my other option, except I will be going 36x16x16. What are the dimensions?
