Anyone interested in a free hitchhilker crab for their sump?

I've got a "teddy bear" type crab in my tank that came along with some live rock I got almost 3 years ago. He looks to be a pretty decent size, but I'll know more once I finally catch him.

I was keeping him around because my daughter thinks he's cute, but he's finally killed too much stuff for me to let him stay any longer.

I promised my daughter that I wouldn't kill him. So.... anyone want him? Please?

Got him. Picture to follow.

He's about 1.5 to 2 inches across his body, maybe 3 inches including legs.

You have to think he has a better chance against Tim than the garbage disposal, so he's got that going for him, at least.

Tim gave me puppy-dog-eyes when I read him of this crabs plight...

You've got PM heading your way.

Sadly the crab died while awaiting acceptance into Timland.

Suicide has not been ruled out.

Me thinks suicide, but it amazes me what can kill a menace, which we all struggle to kill, or trap, and then when you finally catch it it dies. Hmmmm Maybe he just molted as a getaway, and has teamed up with kryptonite!!!!
