Yeah mine is traceable to Mike's also so I'm somewhat confident it is the real deal. It should start developing nodules soon since it is nearing the 3 inch diameter mark.

Here's a piece I've had a little over 6 months. Pretty solid grower, started with a frag the size of a fingernail, now it's about the size of a fist. Not a great pic, the color's a tad off. For some reason, my camera has trouble pulling out the purple under my tank's lighting.
This piece traces back Sanjay, who had it from Paletta, who had it from Leng Sy. Another local reefer has a colony from a frag directly from Paletta, so I don't think this is as uncommon as some think.
