gobies with swim bladders

Does a Priolepis hipoliti have a swim bladder? I seem to have gotten one that has a swim bladder problem. He is swollen around the middle and can't sink himself.

I have heard the old pea trick, but unless he has air in his digestive tract, that probably won't work.

What do you guys think I should do? He is in quarantine. He keeps swimming to stay sunken, but just keeps floating to the top with his stomach facing up.
