SoCal Events for 2008
Hi Everyone!
I'm trying to compile a list of Frag Swaps and trade shows in SoCal for us MASVC folks. What events are planned in SoCal for 2008? Please post if you know of others. Here's what I have so far: Feb 24th, 2008 - SouthWestern Coral Farmers Market April 5-6, 2008 - Marine Aquarium Expo (MAX) Summer 2008 - Reef-A-Palooza (Anyone know a solid date yet?) December 6th 2008 - MASVC F.R.A.G. Swap (tentative)

Thanks guys for keeping it on topic. I know its early to ask for schedules in 2008. MASVC wants to be considerate to the community with respect to scheduling its events. Our first swap was great and we hope to bring everyone an even better one in 2008.
We look forward to attending all of the events mentioned as it helps promote our club. We are also interested in sharing field trips and other activities with our sister clubs down-south. Please keep us in mind, and thanks for all the input! -dave

I will be at the ONE, SouthWestern Coral Farmers Market, and
MASVC F.R.A.G. Swap except Reef-a-palooza. Besides, *** is with the name "reef-a-palooza"; so stupid. I mentioned the name to my friends and they all thought it was a joke or something.

Now, can anyone please add to the list of events? I didnt wanna start a debate on which show was better, or if the name of a show sounds silly or not (I like the RAP name IMO).
It would be a shame for the mods to shut my thread down. Thanks for your help.

Sorry Dave...................didn't mean to be rude or mean or anything like that................Just wanted to let him know that despite him not liking the name, RAP is a great event, as are most of the events listed above.

Dave, good idea for a thread.
I'm asked all the time when the next frag swap is or whatever, and it'd be nice to be able to look in one place and see. Please keep us posted...
