We need photos, you can't have a build thread and not take lots of photos.

Also, remember the overflows are only rated at 600gph anyways, you will probably be able to run them both with just one pump or use one as a closed loop.

Are you going to be keeping coral in this tank? The bioballs in the sump will produce massive amounts of nitrates, but if it is fish only it won't matter. For corals it might be better to take them out and use live rock.

im gonna use both ya nitrate comes from the bioballs but not mass amounts im gonna be doin water changes everyweek so i dont see a problem with keepin the bio balls in there now if for some reason im havin a nitrate ya ill take them but for now i have reason and i like the look of them so if someones not broken then dont fix it

Glad to see some pics, it's starting to look like a build thread
I have to agree with the others, take out those bioballs. I learned about bio media the hard way; trust me it's much more of a PITA to remove it once it's established. For me it happened fairly quickly -- things were fine, and I didn't see what all the fuss was about, then NO3 crept up from 5 to 10 to 20ppm and kept going. Sugar kept it down, along with lots of water changes, but what a pain. By using bio media in my canister, I was creating the very thing I was spending so much time and effort to remove, it was silly. Right now you have the chance to take them out all at once, later you'll need to do massive water changes and remove them a handfull at a time to get NO3 under control. @tang named junkyard - I've got the Remora from my old tank on my 90g, glad to see I'm not the only one using a small skimmer! I only run mine at night, 11pm-11am, for extra oxygenation -- the original plan was to go skimmerless all together, so I'm not worried about underskimming. I'm heading towards less water changes as well, probably closer to monthly rather than weekly. With a huge ball of chaeto in the sump NO3 and PO4 are a steady 0 now, there are just a few small fish and softies so I don't feel the need to change water as much as I did with my overstocked, overfed LPS-heavy 65g. Sounds like our tanks probably have a fair bit in common

You're going to want to take the bioballs out for sure. Don't believe the myths. When I used them a few years ago, I wondered why my nitrates were through the roof. Blame the balls everytime. The setup is looking sweet though!
