Six Line's Mouth is Open 95% of the Time

My Six Line is swimming with its mouth open at least 95% of the time. It dosent seem to be eating all that much though. It seems to acting normal otherwise. Any ideas?

well, what exactly are you feeding it? I dont think this is a major problem, unless it is not eating. I feed mine mysis shrimp and sometimes brine. Does it seem to be dancing a lot?

Ive been feeding it flakes but the more i read the more i dont like them. dosent seem to be "dancing but but it swims a lot in and out of my rock. I lost a true perc. to "mother in law" symptome last week. im hoping i can figure it out before i loose him too.
