Smile spring frag swap

Do you (all) have a date in mind for your frag swap. I want to make sure the date is open. I will be fishing a couple bass tourns this spring and don't want to sign up of one on the same weekend.

That is what I needed to know.
I had to think about something other than it being 11 F outside to get my spirits up.

March 21 is a Friday. Is the swap really on a Friday?

Thanks Erik,
To be honest, I had not even looked at the calender, I have to mark the one off at home to keep my wife from loading me up with a "honey-do" list that would kill a horse (her goal I think LOL)

What date is the hall reserved for? That should simplify things.

uh oh, it's a movement!!! LOL

Pun on classical music term was merely coincidental.

I would imagine coordinating the hall this close to the date may have caused a major issue.

Looking forward to it.

BTW, my vote would be for Saturday for the spring AND fall swaps. It seems like it would be a better day for people traveling from out-of town to not have to make the long drive home just to have to get up for work the next day. It also would give everyone who snagged frags the next day to admire them before having to head to work on Monday. Maybe something for both clubs to think about for next year.

Me too. CORA's are on Saturdays. It's usually late in the day by time someone from a distance gets home and does all the work associated with the frags and what not that they've come home with.

Not only do I like the Saturday Idea...but I had my wife move her schedule to accomidate (reschedule/rebook a trip) based upon the original posted day of March 21st. If it's moved grossly before that day I'm out of luck.

That was last years date posted. The thing with booking saturday I believe was the massive price increase. Hence it will be on sundays I believe. Not sure if it has been booked yet but the date were shooting for is sunday the 16th. More will be known by this months meeting
