What makes this pump not wavemaker friendly?
Description says: This pump is designed to run continuously and cannot be used with a controller or wavemaker.

Cause its a prop pump.. Prop pumps like to start up spinning the wrong way.. I've never played with a Tunze to see exaclty how they fix this.. But my guess is since they do try to start wrong sometimes.. Flipping them on and off is hard on them..
