HELP!!Toadstool Prop...Now has Tentacle!!!!!
Hey everyone,
I jsut fragged my toadstool leather about 2 days ago and i was just looking at my tank when i noticed that it had 2 white long strands coming out of a polyp. It was long about 4 inches and when i flashed the light on it for about 15 seconds in retracted back into the polyp on the toadstool leather. If anyone has ever had a green finger leather in the night the stingers or tentacles that come out look the exact same as the one i found coming out of my toadstool. Has this ever happened to anyone? Is this normal???? |

I forget the name , but its a type of worm that lives in the tissue of leathers and extends the 'tentacle' for drift feeding. Fairly common.
