How to frag a toadstool

I am debating on whether or not to frag my Toadstool. It is a good size and I would like to add a few extra frags around the tank. Can anyone give me a breakdown on the methods and process for fragging a toadstool?

Thanks

Anthony Calfo's book outlines the "donut" method of taking fragments from this type of coral. In a separate container of aquarium water, invert the coral so the "cap" of the toadstool is flat on the bottom. Take your sharpest x-acto knife and cut a ring of tissue from around the entire edge of the top (the donut!). Let the coral purge some mucous (sp) before returning it to it's aquarium. Take the ring that you've cut off and cut it into several smaller pieces. Place these in the same aquarium, if possible, for grow-out. After a little healing time, you can think about attaching them to rocks or other structure.
