How much phosphate can dissolve in a saturated lime solution
The ph of the solution is 12, and as calcium phosphate precipitates calcium hydroxide is not limiting.

There will be be virtually no phosphate present. Certainly none that would be significant for a reef aquarium. Craig Bingman showed this experimentally once a long time ago in the print version of Aquarium Frontiers, but I do not have it handy.
