Petco 1 dollar per gallon aquariums

I do believe this is nationwide, anyway the 26 through Sept 2nd they are having their aquarium sale, 1 dollar per gallon up to 55 gal aquariums. Some people in the past have got the hex and cubes to at this price but it is really just supposed to be the regular black tanks at this price. This is just a list that I found as an example..

They wised up and put "AGA" this year; no more oceanic cube for way below wholesale

My local Petco had many 40 breeders and a few oceanic cubes. I'm going to be picking up both of them.

I hope you guys can get it, but it's "AGA" so it's going to be a hard to convince them on oceanic cube.

Hey MY petco has a whole bunch of upside down Tangs and firefish and stuff like that. I wonder if they'll give me a break on that? There oughta be a law....

It's nationwide.

No cubes are included in the sale. I believe there was a memo sent out that specifically excluded cubes.

Yes it's only glass. WE GOT THE CUBES SAM!! WOO!!! I'm going to be picking up both of each tank. 40B's kick butt too!

this sale comes around every year so it seems... then SOME not ALL hold out on the cubes till later and resale them to other reefers for way more then they paid... but hey... cant knock the hustle

You wanna CUBE!?!? Then a HUNDRED BUX! lol. I sold my 33 cube for what I paid for it... I missed it so I bought another one for $5 more than what I paid. hehe. I still haven't used it but I just like having it

Scored me a 40 breeder last year... Don't use for much of anything, but when I do need it, it's nice to have...

That's an awesome sale, I'll tell you!

I would like to see something on the web site or something, though. This kinda thing you need to plan for, that way I can call the stores (or suck up to someone) beforehand...

i just came from the one in glendora and the mngr their confirmed it. aga has some sweet lil 22 gallon cubes they had a few their. also the 40 gln breeders are nice for a frag tank....... she said late sept not sure of the date but what was posted earlier is prob true the 22nd

The petco round here puts all the 40 breeders in the back till the sale is over then they bring them back out.

I like the way they put it "20-55 Gallon Rectangle Glass Tanks" there goes the cube.
