i need help plz

two part question ... First part...How do i increase my calcium in my 29 g tank the level is at 360...what do i use to raise it?.. Second part... is distilled water a good idea to use for weekly water changes?...

Calcium chloride is a good way to raise calcium levels. This calculator shows how much to use:

Distilled water can be fine, but the concern is that if it were condensed onto metal cooling coils,and especially copper coils, it might have too much copper in it. It is not easy to test for such low levels of copper.
