How do I remove a wire from a VHO endcap?

I am making a new light rack and want to see if i can salvage my endcaps. So how do I remove the wire you shove into the endcap? I can't imagine once you but a wire into the cap it is a one time deal. Anyone have any good advice?

Thanks,
Chris

Thye are a stab connection. You should find a small slot or hole to stick a jewelers screwdriver, scratch awl, throwing dart or ice pick in to release the spring tension that holds the wire in place.
