For Fun: What's on your holiday wish list for your tank?

If you were making out your wish list, as the title says, what would you wish for---in order of how hard you're wishing.

And if you like---any 'why's, for the less obvious?

I hear about people getting free tanks. So my wish even though its more a dream then a wish is to come across a very big tank.

I'm wishing I can get my two 75g finally sumped together and in working order! Keep running into various "snags" but hopefully it'll be well on it's way come Christmas time Then maybe santa can bring me a few new frags/fish for the "new" 150g + system.

And if that's not enough wishing, wish my 220g had all the equpiment ready so I could get that one started finally. The longer it sits empty the more convinced I am to do a freshwater tank out of it....and we don't want that now do we, gotta have another reef tank!

Another reef, another reef!

Hey, you can do a stony tank, and a softie tank. An anemone/mushroom tank. The permutations are endless!

Hrmmm, where to start... Well right now, I am just waiting for my tank to age. My wish is for more patience while it ages. but I am coming up on 8 month mark .

Oh yeah and an ocean motions 4-way for the closed loop system. Not a big wish, but it is all I need right now.

We decided on His and Hers 75g tanks It's so much nicer having a woman who's just as addicted to the hobby as myself. And since setting the tanks this way, I havn't heard any complaining about my coral/fish purchases either, who can ask for anything more for christmas than a cooperative better half and alot of reef tanks!

This question is so depressing!!!Between buying Christmas gifts for my son,a large flat screen t.v for starters, and mice chewing the heck out of all my wires in my Blazer due to sitting after a long illness, had to spend more on repairs then on gas for the lifetime of it. I wish for a large built in wall tank but can only hope for a goldfish bowl and a fish! LOL oh well maybe next year!!! Happy Holidays!!!

Deb, consider used equipment---a little white vinegar cycled in it for 24 hours and it might work.

But I know where you're at---just after my move up to the NW, I got an ecoglobe with 2 brine shrimp, just to have something watery.

7 going on 8 years later, the 2 brine shrimp are still alive. I sometimes think about dropping the globe into my tank to frustrate the daylights out of the fish---but I don't want to scare those two geriatric brine shrimp.

I'd love to get an AC Jr or a ReefKeeper 2 for my AquaPod, but, alas, I am short on funds after "doing onto others" for Christmas. Perhaps in the New Year.

As an aside, it'd be awesome if more online stores had Boxing Day sales

I do not have anything on my list but I did just get a bubble tip nem for the wife for her b day on the 9th. Almost everything on my list entails something to do with the HABS or with my addiction to HD DVD at this point I have 32 HD DVD movies wrapped and sitting under our x mas tree..

Of course I want a huge tank, but something reasonable would be a couple new zoa frags to feed my new addiction.

My wish list is some PVC, bulkheads and a return pump. I got a 150 gallon tank with 40 gallon sump off of Mr. Rogers (member on Reefcentral, not the TV guy) and haven't had the time to fully clean out the tank. Got the sump cleaned and ready to go, but since having ankle issues I haven't had time to clean it out and get everything setup.
