Solenoid Fitting Stuck-Need help

Im trying to remove the standard valve(not working properly) from my regulator/solenoid and replace it with a needle valve. The current valve is totally stuck.

I need advise on how to remove it without breaking the regulator or solenoid. any advise appreciated.
