Dogfish Head IPA. the 60 minute if I plan on having more than three, but the 90 and 120 are excellent to drink with a nice steak dinner. Remy Martin VSOP and a scoop of vanilla ice cream makes a nice dessert also.
I rarely drink liquor, but the Macallan is a very nice scotch.

I have three depending on the mood and or the location -

Rum and Coke - old standby
Dark and Stormy - if I want something with a kick
Muddy Water - if I want something sweet

all are mixed drinks

I like different beers like Fat Tire, Blue Moon, Boulevard Wheat or Crown Royal with shave ice and Coke or Malibu Rum mixed with lemonade.
