The tank is a Krib colony. I have 15 adult/subalult/juvenile kribs and several fry at any given time. It's only a 55, but it allows them to display their amazingly complex social behaviors. Fry care, rivalry, satellites, etc. Fantastic. It's also the tank where I throw all of my cheesy decor I get from family: bubbling divers, sunken ships, sand-spitting gargoyles. They love em, and it looks kinda cool. I'll try and get some pics for you, but the tank is very very poorly lit.

I sold/traded my mother colony sun coral today. Maybe these babies can grow and I can sell them.

Hey Kayla.... or Liana... I need some chica help.

So our Homecomming is comming up like Oct. 1st.

I do not plan on asking anyone as more than a date. But I have a good friend who would be fun to go with.

Where should i set the limits as asking too early. Because if I ask her too early.. .she may think it is more than friends even if I tell her. But too late could cuase me to be alone?

What do you think?

Hey I've been told I’m pretty feminine jk jk

I think you should ask now rather than later. At least this way you wont regret not asking her before.

Yes, but we are lacking the advice from the females, which is what he explicitly asked for.

Day 1 of school is over.
180 school days to go.

I learned something new today. Apparantly, coral reefs are like giant gardens under the sea, filled with colorful plants. Yes, I had this conflict last year, for those who remember, Yes, I'm repeating biology for this same reason. (not held back. Last year was honors, now I'm regulars, but same class)

There was also this new girl in school named Anthea Bartlett. I'm sure you guys will appreciate that.

lol hey i'm a chick so i suppose my opinion counts right?
It is a good idea to ask her now because you honestly don't understand how time consumeing it is to pick out a dress, shoes, earings, get your hair and nails done, i mean it takes all my friends atleast a week to find a dress that they want to get from like 10 different stores, and homecomeing is a big deal even if you are just going as friends girls still need to look nice. So i would ask her soon, maybe early next week or if the time is right ask her this week and say that you just want to go as friends, if you point it out then i don't really think she can get the wrong idea. Just have fun and don't put too much thought into what your going to say to her because then you just get all psyced out and then you say it wrong. But don't worry about it i'm sure it would go fine, you just want to ask her in enough time for her to find what she wants to wear and make sure she doesn't have a date so if she already does (i doubt it) then you have time to find someone else. see that wasn't so hard have a nice day!

i already told you guys, but last year, my history teacher told the class "a fish will only grow as big as the tank will let it." i forget how we got to that topic, but he just says that to the whole class. when i tried to tell him that that isn't true, he just said, "trust me, i would know." i was speechless.

Thank you all for your replies.

This weekend her I hung out and after it.... I think she feels "weird"? I do not know.... but I am not getting a good vibe. Anyways... I think she is interested in someone else. So..... I will let that go.

On happier news..... my best friend and I are taking 2 of our best girls friends just as a group of 4 friends. So that will be fun.

On not-so-happier news.... I think I am selling my reef.

is this a good trade- 20 blue/green zoas for a sun coral with 45+ polyps. I don't have the time to individually feed the sun coral, and I want to get rid of it.
