Why don't we disregard real names and use the Reef Central names (or derevations there of)?

These probably won't be greatly appreciated in this thread, considering it's...manliness...cough , but I'll post anyway. I have decided that dusk is the best time to take these pics--I like the effect the semi-darkness produces.

A few flowery pics for all the pansies out there.

NO idea what this is...(other than cool)

Lily

Lilies

Petuna(?)

Hydrangea

And with that, I'm saying goodnight.

Kayla those are very nice flowers. Licious, will you identify each one, like you did mine? That was actually really impressive.

The first one I saw a while ago. I'm not entirely sure but I think it's called a pineapple flower from Hawai'i. The lilies are day lilies and the purple flower in question is a petunia.

i know i agree with you, this thread has gone down the tubes.

^^^^^^^^^ has done a pretty good job dealing with it, but i think its time we call the repetitive girlie slap fights off and get back to the roots of the thread.

to get back on track i will try and help. here is a pic of my newly set up 92 gallon. it will house 2 ribbon eels in the future. it still needs a ton more lr (and the eels of course).

Erm, well basically, my tank is just kinda chilling. No new additions. I'm adding that pair of skunks after my first vacation of the summer. I get back in the first week of July. I will do lots of adding this summer, since I will have a job, and no school to get in the way!

Everything in my tank is growing BTW. I couted 26+ palythoas, whereas about 1.5 months ago there was about 9. The xenia and anthelia are being their good selves, weeds. Monti is going nuts. The Devil's Hand hasn't really grown, which isn't a good sign. Time to test the levels. My Colt doesn't like the high light, but I moved it down, and now it is starting to extend during the day also. That's basically it.

Right ok, since that boring post nothing has been happening so let's get on the "right" road again, shall we?

Ps. To satisfy Mike - yes, I know in another multiverse that post wasn't boring at all.

Hi guys!!! nice 92 gallon!!! The eels will be really nice! ribbon eels are awesome.
I went fishing with my dad today and saw the CUTEST little soft shelled turtle, well he was like the size of a large dinner plate but he was soo cute and i cought a wierd looking fish while i was catching crayfish in my net, almost looked like an angler but this was in a creek he was really cool. If i would have set up my outside tank this year i woulda brought him home but i didn't. No snakes this time wohoo
and i really like the flowers kayla!!!
