info about ricordias

need some info on ricordias like two months ago i acquire a green ricordia and i put it on top ofa rock almost to the top and then i guess didnt like the place and move to the bottom of the rock in like a cave i was looking at my tank and notice that seems to have three mouths can this be posible or im just getting excited and seeing things how many mouths can the get ??
well just want to know some info from you guys that keep this kind of corals i love ricordias and wanted to know alittle more about their grow

Yes Ricordea floridia can have multiple mouths. It's usually a sign of splitting but sometimes it will stall and just stay like that for months. I've heard of ric's that had 8 mouths.
