Ric has not grown?

The question I have is that in May i got a ric and placed in my tank at different levels over several weeks and it is still the same size as when i got it.Any body have any idea, everything else grows like crazy, but the ric just sets and has not done anything.Plesase any idea would be helpful.

I have had it low in the tank, high in the tank, shaded under a over hang, etc.I have placed it in med to high flow, even tried in very low flow it does not change.

Calk,alk,ph.mag are ever good.

I just started a ric devoted tank and I have been adding the two part calcium and alk and I seriously think that the calcium has supersized my rics. The rics I got were mostly frags, all are healed now and starting to split and forming two mouths.
