Intestinal Parasites in Scribbled Rabbitfish

I've had my rabbitfish for roughly around 6 months now, and even after this long it is still skinny. The mid-line bone is well defined, although it usually has a pooch of a belly.

I've been starting to wonder if it has internal parasites. This last couple of weeks it's also had some ich spots come and go which would be indicative of stress on the body, but it hasn't been anything out of control (yet). I'll be picking up some garlic for that today.

Are there any suggestions as to what I should do? It gets fed nori, flake, and it also eats mysis/brine. My Kole is nice and fat, but this guy just seems to be getting skinnier by the week.
