220 Gallon and 90 Gallon Tank F/S soon

Ok I am in the process of setting up my 450 gallon tank as we speak. When it is done cycling and ready I want my 220 and 90 gallon out of the house as soon as possible. So I thought I would give notice if someone on the board was interested so they have about a month to save up the money for either tank. So here is the descriptons.
I will provide pics upon request. Along with if anyone would like to stop by.
Custom Made 220 w/ the following
Black stand
8x54 T5 lights. 6ft long. These lights have kept 5 clams and provided awesome growth along with two anemones, zoas, leathers, palys, mushrooms etc.
Mag 12 return pump
Misc. Seios powerheads
350 watt heater
75 gallon sump/ref along with about 150 lbs of live sand.
All you will really need is a skimmer.
This tank and setup has supported 9 big tangs along with other fish. They just have outgrown it.
1000.00 for the entire setup.

90 gallon
Stand
Canopy
t5's 4x54
overflow
quite one return pump
Berlin skimmer w/mag 7
20 long ref/sump with about 40 lbs or so of live sand.
this setup was used a room diver.
300.00 for the entire setup.

Again if you have any questions just ask me.
thanks,
Brian

To get these out I am willing to take 800 for the entire 220 setup.
And 275 for the 90 gallon setup.
