I went through that junk too... I feel for you. It shouldn't be a full charge back. I wish you the best of luck in resolving this. What I lost was not enough to make a big stink about it, but I let people know what happened to me.

Again, best of luck in this... I know what a bothersome time it can be.

the funny thing was the person that claim it was unauthorized refused to reply to 10+ of my e-mails.

Chargeback

chaffey -

I assume that you are working with Pay Pal's chargeback department to get this resolved. You should be able to provide your burden of proof - shipping proof, e-mails that went back and forth prior to the sale, etc. It may take a while, but you should be able to work through this. I work for a credit card processor on the merchant side of the business. A chargeback becomes a miniature litagation and they will hear both sides before a final decision is rendered.

Blenny90- thank you I rather all the documents that I was able to find, it was a month old so some of the Pms were deleted, it doesn't make sense if it was unauthorized charged why waited a month to file a claim.

something smell really fishy.

I always tell my merchants, the laws are written to protect the consumer, which is great if it's your credit card or wallet that gets stolen. But, it's no fun when it's the cardholder that has chosen to commit fraud. Hopefully, the shipping address matched the billing address of his credit card - that always helps.

Good luck!

Might as well nail this low-life while they have him. Very unfortunate for you.

I will contact troy PD tomorrow to see if I can add more to his rap sheet, the money ? he can have it for his lawyer. I will help him out by given him free money but I will add a misdemeanor charge to his sentence.
